NFL Week 11: Maclin has career day

Jeremy Maclin delivered a career performance, catching nine for 120 yards. Eagles’ quarterback Michael Vick targeted the receiver 14 times. After a 35 yard grab and run, Maclin and New York Giants’ strong safety Kenny Phillips had a heated exchange.

St. Louis Rams’ wide receiver Danario Alexander’s knee problems followed him into the NFL. Coach Steve spagnuolo is optimistic about Alexander’s chances of returning for week 12.

Atlanta Falcons linebacker Sean Weatherspoon finally returned from his knee injury on Sunday. He lined up at his normal position on passing downs only, and did not record a tackle.

Weatherspoon’s teammate, safety William Moore, picked off former Sooner Sam Bradford. He snagged an errant shovel pass in the red zone late in the game in St. Louis.
