NFL Week 7: Former Tigers fairly quiet

Nearly half of the former MU Tiger football players were inactive due to injury, the bye week, or because they play behind one of the better quarterbacks in the game. Brad Smith had a bye, Sean Weatherspoon and Justin Gage sat again with injuries, and Chase Daniel still rocks the clipboard.

Of those who did play, Jeremy Maclin continues to produce. He did not rack up the yardage his team and fantasy owners have become accustomed to, and failed to score, although he did have one rushing attempt for 14 yards.

Aside from William Moore’s five tackles and Justin Smith’s eight, no other player did much of anything. Danario Alexander had a quieter week after a solid debut, and Ziggy Hood notched his third tackle of the season.

Maclin had 5 catches for 42 yards, Moore had 5 tackles, and the rest of the Missouri Tigers were quiet
